Raimie has been quite unwell during the weekdays, and as a result he hasn't been eating much. He was willing to eat some porridge but how much porridge can you take? Fried food are definitely a no-no for him.
I'm trying to figure out what to make for him and us during the weekend that all of us can enjoy. Something soupy and light would be best and these food came to mind because they not only taste nice, they are easy to make too!
